Returns policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or give refunds on items that work as sold, including a change of mind or an item bought in the wrong size or colour.

Much of what we sell is ordered in for a particular job, and a fitting that has been opened or installed cannot go back on the shelf as new.

Faulty? That is the warranty.

If a covered unit stops working within its warranty period, bring it to our Kepong counter and we swap it for the same model, brand new. Periods run from 1 to 5 years and are printed on the Osdin warranty sticker. Ceiling fans are serviced at your home.

Check before you buy

Not sure about the size, the ceiling cut-out or the colour temperature? Send us a photo or your measurements on WhatsApp before you order, or come and see it lit up at the showroom in Taman Ehsan.

This policy does not affect your rights under Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.
